Powermad Software has a very simple privacy policy on this site: Since it’s primarily a software distribution site, there is no need to capture any data from visitors with only two exceptions:
- Cookies used by WordPress for security.
- Basic logging when visitors access the site, which may contain what type of browser you’re using and your current IP address.
Due to the basic nature of that data, there is no way for visitors to request their data, nor delete their data, as there simply isn’t enough of it to identify which data is yours. This site is as anonymous as technically possible by design.
LaunchCat, Island Rum and the Homecoming Launcher Mac components are designed similarly, with the exception that Powermad Software has no control over whether the Wine project or the Unity 3D runtime capture any data, nor does Powermad Software have access to such data.
